Stationary and

Roll-top Benches

Roll-top benches or fixed benches are the perfect solution in any indoor facility or greenhouse. The benches are available in 4’, 5’and 6’ width and any custom length. They are ideally suitable for both small and large sized operations. Rolling benches allow optimal space utilisation and provide a comfortable working height. This working height increases labor output. KG roll-top benches are equipped with anti-tumble protection for the safety of your workers and for the safety of your plants.

Multi Tier benches

The use of a multi-layer systems provides the benefit of optimizing the usable space of your facility. By placing multiple layer above each other the grower may double or triple the amount of square meters available for canopy space. This is especially attractive to facilities with limited square footage, or if growers just want to get the most out of their space. Multi tier benches are available in both rolling or stationary options. 

Benches with Gutters

Gutters provide extremely uniform irrigation channels and are great for recirculating or drain to waste systems. The spacing distance between plants can be standardized by applying a gutter system which can be combined with an automated watering system. Pathways can be minimized or even eliminated and access to plants increased, all while providing optimal airflow conditions.

Mobile Container Systems

KG Systems designs custom systems for any nursery, ensuring that the mobile container system offers the grower true improvement in all respects. The systems realize substantial savings on labour as the plants can be placed in any required spacing in the glasshouse and working area. Moreover, the systems allow optimal space utilization. KG Systems manufactures systems for manual use, semi-automatic use or fully automatic use.

An ebb and flood system in the table waters the plants from the bottom, allowing exact administration of the required quantity of water while leaves and flowers are not wetted. A choice can be made between plastic and aluminium bottoms, or irrigation mats can be used as an alternative. Our overall package comprises the complete water technical installation required for ebb and flood systems. Watering and drainage systems designed by KG Systems offer top quality.

    KG Systems originated from Kees Greeve Glasshouse Projects B.V., a company which has a 40 year reputation for realization of turn-key greenhouse projects. Although KG Systems nowadays operates entirely independently, the two companies still cooperate closely in many fields so that know-how and experience are optimally used.
